Email us at support@snacksoftexas.com. We respond within 24-48 hours on business days. Include: Your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

If your items arrived broken, crushed, melted, or otherwise damaged during shipping, take photos of the damage (including packaging), email us within 5 days, and we'll typically offer a refund or replacement—whichever you prefer.

If you received something you didn't order, or part of your order is missing, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of what you received. We'll ship out the correct or missing item, or offer a refund.

If tracking says "delivered" but you can't find your package: check with neighbors, look around doorsteps, and wait 24-48 hours in case the carrier scanned early. If it still hasn't turned up, email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Our products are sourced directly from Buc-ee's stores and shipped as-is. Minor shelf wear (small dents, slight label imperfections) does not affect quality or safety. Refunds are not provided for normal cosmetic variation unless genuinely defective.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll email you. You may cancel any unfulfilled items for a full refund before they ship.

Larger orders may ship in multiple boxes. If only part arrives, check your shipping confirmation—multiple tracking numbers may be listed. If the rest is delayed, contact us and we'll investigate.

If tracking hasn't updated for several days, wait at least 5 business days from the last scan. If no movement, email us and we'll file a tracer or claim. If deemed lost, we'll either refund or reship at our discretion.

Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery times vary widely by destination. Packages held, delayed, or returned by customs are not eligible for refund.

Some products have shorter shelf lives or may be sensitive to heat/humidity. We ship perishables promptly and may include ice packs when needed. If perishables arrive spoiled due to carrier issues, contact us within 24 hours with photos.

You're responsible for ensuring the address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned, we'll issue a refund (minus shipping) or reship (with additional shipping charged). We cannot redirect packages once they're in transit.

Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and non-perishable. Email us within 21 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we made an error. A 15% restocking fee applies to all voluntary returns.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return the item per standard policy and place a new order for what you prefer.

Email us ASAP. If we haven't started packing, we'll cancel and refund in full. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible—follow our standard return process after delivery.
